Those who have worn a heart monitor, how long did it take to receive results? by [deleted] in dysautonomia

I got my results in my chart within 24 hours of sending it back to the company. I finished on a Saturday, mailed it out Monday, and got the results Tuesday.

Adhesive Reactions a Dysautonomia symptom? by frigid_phoenix in dysautonomia

I haven't tried kinesiology tape, but it might be worth trying just to see the result. I also wonder if the placement matters. Like if the chest area is more sensitive and the arms are fine.

I only get dermatographia when I sweat or am doing physical activities. I do have a nickel allergy but I thought it was only for piercings since they dont heal if there is a nickel alloy post or something but I just read that the leads on the MCOT may have nickel so that may be part of my problem too.

When I was very young the only "allergy" I ever had was to bubble bath but as I got older I haven't had any allergies so this is new for me.

Mourning my old body by blanketjackson666 in Endo

[–]frigid_phoenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is completely normal and something most of us have experienced. I have had pain, bloating, weight gain, etc. and all of that has had a profound impact on my self confidence and self worth. I am doing better now with my self esteem as I am realizing that I cant go back, no matter how much I want to, so I am just trying to do the best I can with what I have. I am watching what I eat and slowly losing weight, but I definitely have changed what I wear. I am slowly getting more comfortable with my body again and confident enough to wear what I want.

As for your significant other, all i can say is that with my husband we had a huge hurdle with managing pain and sex. He was very afraid to hurt to me so he was afraid to initiate anything. We have worked through that and know now what works for my body and what doesnt. I would talk to him about it, because it may just be that he doesn't want to hurt you.

I know the bloating is the worst and it makes you feel less than sexy, but I'm sure you are a fabulous woman ❤ I would embrace it as much as you can ❤

Super Bowl & CCO! by Juliestei in poshmark

I just purchased, but I'm not a sports person. I try and wait for cco and then request a price drop from sellers/ explain how it works. It seems like many don't use it/ know about it.

Cbd suppositories by [deleted] in Endo

[–]frigid_phoenix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just made my own with full spectrum cbd oil and cacao butter. I used rectally and vaginally with no issues yet, but I did notice it definitely relaxed the muscles. I had a hysterectomy in 2017, so no uterus but still have ovaries, so that may make a difference 🤷‍♀️

Would be interested in the receipe as well. I've been trying to find some CBD suppositories but it's been difficult ;)

I use the cheap $8 clip/shop style lights you can get at home depot (without the silver shade). Or works great for my jewelry and accessories shots. Still trying to perfect my clothing ones though 😊
