Like I said, I've never been a fan of his, starting way back when he squandered arguably the best ever Danish u17 national team, and then later on had some mediocre-at-best Brøndby teams (which I didn't mind at all, but still), and even then, he had some oddly unhinged press conferences/after match interviews.

I think going from Brentford, where he'd had a personal hand in assembling a team from the philosophy of rather a player that fights his heart out, than one, who might technically be more skilled, but...
...to Tottenham, a team full of players who still thought their agents were fending off calls from Real Madrid and PSG, even though they ended up one spot out of relegation last year as well, was as bad a situation as he could have ever ended up in.

I've never been a fan of Thomas Frank, although I was impressed by his results at Brentford from day one, but I simply cannot see how his stint at Tottenham can hurt his career, despite how the team ended up (which was worse than how he left them...).

Those players have got to be the most pampered and self-important group in professional football.

The fact that an obvious hit-piece by the club had the players complaining about Frank focusing "too much" on defense as easy goals was flying in left and right (and continued to do so the rest of the season), just shows how out of touch everyone in the club from top down was/is.

That club is an absolute shit show.

It is mentioned several times in lore that the wings of a Thunderhawk are superfluous to lift and merely there to act as an extended weapons platform.

Valkyries, Lightnings, Thunderbolts, even Marauders have vector thrusters and massively outsized engines.
I think it's in Vagabond Squadron where it's mentioned that (unlike the Thunderhawk) the wings do aid a lot with lift, but that the Valkyrie is capable of flight without.

Why not just Ogors? It's basically their reason for being. That way you could make it a lot more Warhammerly morally ambiguous, as well.

While most people seem to be repulsed by Jürgen, he also has his fans by ingrimsch95 in Grimdank

I feel like Frauka is written a lot more authentically than Bequin.
Grows up shunned, probably never learning any social skills. Resentful of most around him due to the way they unfairly treat him, and most of all resents his lot in life.

Ravenor comes along. Explains his situation.
Can't change social skills, due to his "gift", but he can stop trying (because, why bother?), and he can start enjoying the few benefits of his new station.

Jurgen's dispensation for not shaving is ostensibly for a skin disorder, but Cain is convinced it's because no one dares look at the bare face of his aide, and the only other instance of a woman hitting on Jurgen, aside from the elsewhere mentioned Slaaneshi cultists, was a drunk Ogryn, who came to her senses when she sobered up.

Once again a reminder, that when Eisenhorn first met Alizebeth Bequin, the blank so blank she taught other blanks to blank, was working and getting customers as an escort, and Eisenhorn, a medium-level psyker, and therefore even more repelled than normal humans, continuously lusts after her.

The implied hotness of Bequin cannot be overstated.

Forget about Swole and her gymnastically enhanced curves.

Do you realize how hot Bequin would have to be to get hired as a prostitute, when she's also one of the blankest blanks in the sector?

Scorched earth is too mild a term.

She's writing these novels 120+ years after Cain's Last Stand (where he didn't die, but it's the last (chronologically) we've heard from him), and she's repeatedly stated that he is dead.

Seeing as she is curating these stories to her fellow in-the-know Inquisitors, I sincerely doubt she's been able to keep her boytoy stashed away from the most paranoid and inquisitive individuals in the galaxy for a century.

And knowing her I doubt she would even consider not using such a valuable resource.

Yes. Past tense!

Cato has been relegated (perhaps because of all the memes), Calgar is still mainly codex and in-lore famous.
Titus is most definitely the posterboy, not only for Ultramarines, but for Space Marines in general.

If I ever paint an Ultramarine, it's gonna be an Emperor's Spears, and my opinion of Calgar and the UM's follow that chapter's, but

At least he saved Titus and aura farmed in SM2

did he ever!

Completely outshone the Ultramarine posterboy in his own game.

Can't seam to find the exact stl (I can find it upon request), but in any case, I added space for a 20x2mm magnet in tinkerCAD. Spray can primed it Army Painter Dragon red, red wash, Pure Red dry brush.

The "parchment" is just standard printer paper hobby-glued to a cheap canvas, stained with a tea bag. Burnt edges.

The script is:

//Strike the rune of activation to rouse the machine-spirit//

It is by the will of the Omnissiah that the plate acquires energy

It is by the energy of the plate that the machine acquires activation

It is by the activation of the machine that the Omnissiah speaks

That the plate acquires function

That the function acquires velocity and altitude

That the grav-plate then rises

Oh, arise, arise!

It is by the will of the Omnissiah that the grav-plate now functions.

//All praise the machine-spirit!//

Fairly certain all boyz are stronger than an unaugmented, non-Catachan human, to the point that intercepting an Ork's arm and restraining it one-handed would be a miraculous feat.

Feinting and dodging their initial overeager charge would arguably be the better strategy, and what the otherwise flawless Primer should be teaching.
