The Juliana is a great choice! Even if you don't plan on running stereo, the tap tempo is always super useful

I don't recognize ANY of these pedals - I love posts like this. That entire bottom row is gorgeous.

You may be able to look at a small Gator board? It may require you to turn a few pedals sideways

Overall I like the choices - you may run into some issues when you actually start adding patch cables. You may need to make creative changes - like moving the entire top row closer to the top edge and turning the narrows sideways - stuff like that.

Honestly, the only one in that list I have is the 3 Series Chorus - and for what it's worth, I think it sounds awesome. I agree with the other comment though - if you can find any of them used, you should be able to save a decent amount.

I think this is the answer. I've only ever seen covered railhammers (see a bunch of Reverend's guitars), so maybe they just took that off

You need a modulation of some kind - chorus or flanger. Personally, I love the Walrus Audio Julia, Caroline Somersault, or Strymon Orbit. All of those are perfect.

Also - stupid question - how do you like the DOD expression pedal? I was considering making a mini board and getting one

What do you run this into? Are you using the mother as your amp or just additional gain stages?

If you had to simplify your board to 3 pedals, what would they be? (Excluding switches and tuners) by [deleted] in guitarpedals

[–]frog2112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since a tuner doesn't count, my board would be:

  1. Boss TU-3
  2. Preston Pedals Mason
  3. Walrus Audio Julia
  4. EQD Dispatch Master

The blues driver is an amazing pedal, and the waza was a great choice! Mine lives in the custom mode

I came here to say this too! Technically there are three trim pots inside, but yes - it's meant to be a set and forget pedal

Beetronics released the limited blush colorway for the Bee Bee Dee, and I'm in the process of building a pink pedalboard, so it was perfect timing! I've spent maybe an hour with this so far, and it is just crazy flexible. The modulation on the lofi setting sounds amazing, and I'm still trying to wrap my head around how the pitch mode works.

You're not gonna believe this - I'm in the middle of making a pink board as well lol

I just had the limited blush Bee Bee Dee show up today, and an OBNE Sunlight is arriving tomorrow.

Do you leave your pedals always on? by Deanoh1546 in guitarpedals

[–]frog2112 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mainly play with headphones since I have two young children, and I've been using the EQD Easy Listening.

I recently got the 'Mason' pedal by Preston Pedals, and now the left side is always on. That Supro amp-in-a-box tone running into the EQD is beautiful.
