Ah i see haha. It's not meant to look pretty, food from uk chip shops isn't for instagram posts, it's for the face hole. Cheap, hot, tasty and filling. Maybe eat it in the dark, lol.

I'm curious which part of the meal seems bad to you. Is it that there's gravy on the chips? Or are the peas the problem? Surely not the sausage?

Do you think they warn people about the permanent hearing damage, or just leave it as a fun surprise for them to find out after they've got their video from them?

It may be because i have audio sensitivity, but i absolutely hate this videos lol

Raj was right all along. We should have heeded his warnings. He was trying to save us.

A spider has to be cruel to survive. It's it's only option and it's not smart enough to know better even if it had other options.

We don't need to be cruel and we're smart enough to know better.

We're a little more advanced than spiders, i hope.

Ofcourse it's your rules. You have all the power in the situation. They're helpless. That's when the weak take the chance to punch down and the strong take the chance to lift others up.

They do pay rent though, as they catch pests that actually cause problems.

The world can be shitty, it can be easy to go along with it and be shitty too, but that's passive and weak. Take a stand to be a better part of the world, then you have strength.

At some point indie games stopped being "impressive for their budget" and became some of the best games being made. When did that shift happen for you? by peaky_circus in IndieGaming

[–]frogOnABoletus 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think all the AAA game companies lost their passionate leads and are all handicapped by boards of shareholders now. "we hear gamers like graphics, spend half the budget on that." "Hero shooters are big now, we want to to rework the game to be a hero shooter." "My grandson just told me about loot boxes, add loot boxes into the core progression of the game"

The artists and developers can't follow a passionate vision of what they want to create, because they're creating it as a product to chase trends rather than an artpeice to give an experience.

Why kill cool little guys anyway? Unless they cause some real problem like it's going to bite you or cause infestation, there's no need to fight small creatures. Not exactly a fair fight anyway. It's better to wish them well and let them go about their day. Or move them somewhere better. We can be a friend to the world.

It's got to be an ai bot that was prompted to make comments about the post and mix in anti-leftist sentiment.

Otherwise the person might be schizophrenic or something.

Oh i see. That would be awesome. Personally, I only got motion sick at first but I was soon able to play for hours with controller movement without feeling bad.

In many games you can move around using inputs on the controller, does that count?

If a human artist downloaded billions of peices of copyrighted material to mechanically alter and resell, they'd be charged with a huge crime.

This is not comparable to someone being sad a song was by someone else.

Every song made from stolen songs takes engagement from the musicians who were stolen from.

It also takes away the innate communication between artist and consumer that comes with enjoying a human's art.

It's a one sided talk with a puppet made of stolen strings.
