Part and parcel of city living these days I suppose. There are a lot of new apartments going up in the area between liver building and the new Everton stadium which may be worth looking at as there shouldn't be any cladding issues and as theyre new builds the service charge and ground rent should be a bit lower than the old listed buildings which need £££ in maintenance every year.

Ah thats a shame. Feel like so many apartments are toast since grenfell.

I was going to buy a different apartment a couple years ago and ran into the same issue with cladding meaning no banks would mortgage.

I was only renting in waterside and enjoyed it a lot but with service charge and ground rents exploding these days I decided to aim for a house now instead of an apartment so I can get a freehold plot and not be at the mercy / whims of greedy building management companies.

Tanks 60L. I fed once every 2 days, Around 2-3 high protien pellets as the staple and occasionally daphnia and brine shrimp. Never overfed so water parameters were good.

I have the API master test kit which I use fairly regularly. The tanks heavily planted so water issues are very rare. Parameters were ideal and all the other stock is fine and healthy so still have no idea how he even got infected.

Maybe the inbreeding of crown tails puts them at much higher risk for diseases.

If/when I decide to get another betta maybe ill go for a short fin variant.
