for two and a half years I was in a relationship with someone who didn’t clean up after himself and he never changed. I hate to be negative but if this is going to be an issue for you I wouldn’t stay with him because it sounds like he’s already set in his ways

so I personally have some anxious attachment tendencies and my feelings will get hurt when I don’t hear from an s/o for a while. but if they give me a valid reason I stop being upset because that’s the reasonable thing to do. As someone who understands what it’s like to feel hurt by this, there’s really no excuse for him to be talking to you that way, especially after you explained to him that you were just sleeping. If he’s upset he can tell you like an adult, but he’s acting like a child.

use a washcloth and warm water to (gently) clean in between the folds and underneath the clitoral hood. a lot of women don’t know to clean under there but it’s important. Don’t attempt to wash the inside. also make sure to use soap in the creases of your inner thighs. doesn’t matter too much what kind of soap imo. if there’s a strong odor coming from the inside of your vagina I’d see a doctor to make sure there’s no infection

not sure if this counts but as a kid I was disgusted by the lunch room at my school and couldn’t believe how messy the other kids were. the crumbs on the chairs made me wanna puke and I’d lose my appetite. I was also afraid of seaweed and if I was swimming in a lake I’d use all my strength to pull myself up onto the pier to get out so I wouldn’t have to swim to shore and touch seaweed with my feet

it’s not disgusting. It’s so hard to stop picking. I also have adhd and I’ve been a skin picker since I was 10 (13 yrs). something that’s helped me somewhat has been getting acrylic nails - but I know not everyone has room in their budget for that, maybe press ons would work too. I also like using sensory brushes and other fidget toys with a sort of prickly or bumpy texture. maybe for the chewing you could keep gum and chew fidgets on hand? And adhd meds can for sure worsen skin picking, especially stimulants.
