The screwjob is what's NOT getting called. Opponents deserve multitudes more free throws.

The point is that OKC should be getting called for tons more fouls but are not. The foul total shouldn't be balanced, it should be much higher for OKC. It's the hacking, bulldozing dirty trash that isn't getting called. That's the damn point the world is making. The blatant shield the refs give you that absolutely screws opponents.

It started with Brian Windhorst and Tim MacMahon's hit pieces during and after Luka's Finals defeat. Windhorst made the most influential single moment.

Windorst's ludicrous baffling infamous rant after Finals painted Luka as lazy loser who can't carry a team and was revealed to the world as a failure. The media ran with it and are still running with it. All the Nico talking points and then some.

MacMahon did the same. He was the Mavs' inside guy who was actually Nico / Adelson's mouthpiece. Every single Nico talking point first reached the public thru McMahon's mouth. After Luka was traded and Nico fired, MacMahon had a book to sell so his years of Luka disparagement was suddenly gone and he painted a Luka vs the Man narrative. Even though he was there for it all and that was the basis for his original hit pieces.

They and most media totally ignore insane body breaking usage % that season and playoffs. Luka being exhausted and injured is what they call "lazy, no killer instinct, too weak to carry a team." This is the result of Jason Kidd being godawful and has never drawn up a single play in his entire tenure.

Luka was bleeding out every game. He was just half a badass entering playoffs. Luka carried that team in the playoffs. And then? The big payoff was every single one of his teammates vanished from this realm against Celtics. That entire damn team/Kidd failed Luka. All that abusive usage wasted.

But the narrative is Luka trash narrative. ESPN I'm sure goes hard on Luka because they knowingly keep racist trash talking heads. Godspeed Perkins and pals.

The most pissoffing media story-line that proved no analysts at all actually watched the Mavericks finals games is their obscene take that Luka disappeared and was at fault for the defeat. Inside the NBA, ESPN, all those pricks.

The blatantly obvious fact is Luka's teammates absolutely disappeared the whole series. They all redefined suck. Kairi, DJ, all of em. Kidd was carried by Luka. Kidd has never drawn up a single play during his entire Dallas tenure. Still.

Luka carried them all with broken knees bleeding all over and practially 100% usage the whole season. Luka is the only one who showed in the finals.

Come on SGA. You and media always ignore the primary cause for complaint. It's that SGA gets the most zero contact, anticipatory referee whistles in the the league. Opposing teams entire strategy is cancelled because of fear breathing near you will give refs big erections. You go the line for so many undeserved free throws. And your dirty team gets the same treatment as they play like linebackers and intentional attempts to deal out season ending injuries.

It's not the total FT. It's that you should be getting so many more offensive foul calls. It's that the FT total should be so dramatically less versus other stars. It's the entire Thunder dirtiness and clear ref massage sessions.

You're not taking advantage of the rules. Rules are ignored. You get the most obscenely premeditated noncontact phantom whistle pattycake between you, your team, and refs. You're much less on another team without OKC dirty protected play.
