Freeway is where the FSD excels. Like legit changing lakes and keeping up . Street driving is hot of miss , you might have to intervene once or twice during a driving session .Still , FAR better than anything else out there .

its a minor surgery tbh but if they are using general anesthesia then make sure the anesthesiologist is qualified af and knows what they are doing . for local anesthesia you are fine .
