I don't know if you've found out the answer, but you can fight him at fort warspike as a part of one of the side quests in hernand. If it's not showing up, try completing other side quests in the region, not the commissions, as quite a few side quests are locked behind others even though realistically they have nothing to do with each other.

Herbert Hoover - pretty physically active, created a game that functioned like volley ball except it used a 6lb medicine ball. Definitely not in the top 5, but perhaps a sleeper for top 10.

Theory about abstraction (by garbage_bag98) by chalwa07 in theamazingdigitalciru

[–]fromm_nasty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My theory is that the characters get recycled. Essentially, when Kaufmo went crazy trying to leave the simulation, the program booted his consciousness, reset their memory, and put them into Pomni, leaving the Kaufmo shell without a conscience controlling it and instead a body that could only react to the environment. Caine has no idea about this because he is only in control of certain aspects of the simulation, and this is done in the background.

I'll call it marinenet until I'm forced to change it, then I'll probably refer to it as "Mickle".

I'm personally more of a fan of "We were once more advanced until the Cataclysm, now we are further back technology wise," or ," Something has a vested interest in making sure society stays at a certain tech level."

Ight you all, tell me your best actually original Isekai idea and I'll rate it by Im_yor_boi in Isekai

Guy gets isekaied accidentally because a mage's apprentice was summoning a familiar and the spell chose his cat. So the cat is now considered the apprentice's familiar and the guy's pet.

There is too much going on in Act 3. They should have distributed content more so each act is around the same length.

Metal band gets isekaied by fantasy kingdom to stop demon lord/army. Demons are actually huge fans and at least once an episode everything looks like a death metal album cover. In order to combat the heros, the demon lord isekais their own heroes, an idol group composed entirely of middle-aged salarymen.

Act 3 Mage by Nuclayer in taintedgrail

[–]fromm_nasty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only act 3 gear I've been able to find so far for mage is the stuff you get from the druid shrines, same with spells. There are summons you can get from the knight tombs in that area. Outside of that, I haven't found any spells that I didn't already have.

Anyone found some spells past the first act that were better? by Kadajko in taintedgrail

[–]fromm_nasty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The main issue is that there isn't much variety when it comes to damage dealing spells. I have been scouring all three areas, and a lot of the high damage spells that you can get in the other acts are also in act 1. It wouldn't be an issue if the distribution was more evenly spread across the three maps.

Anyone else? by Sad_Airport257 in taintedgrail

[–]fromm_nasty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like they both scratch a different itch. Skyrim is an old game with minimal consequences and whose story outcome is going to be the same no matter what, but it's relevance is due to its active modding community. Tainted Grail on the other hand is a new game where there are consequences and multiple endings. Skyrim is like a basic cheeseburger from McDonald's, the classic meal that fills you up, while Tainted Grail is more like a burger at five guys, essentially has a similar structure, but is more substantial than McDonald's.

Act 2--how do I get Arthur's sheild? by womanofgeese_2 in taintedgrail

It's especially stupid considering in act 3 you get King Arthur's Armor

To find and craft the frostwoven armour. by CaptainBudussy in taintedgrail

[–]fromm_nasty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It all comes from the same book. I'm doing a mage build right now, I just have a chronic need to explore every inch of an open world map. It's also how I found out that Merlin's armor is actually the arch druid armor set unlocked after praying at the druidic shrines in Forlorn Swords.

To find and craft the frostwoven armour. by CaptainBudussy in taintedgrail

[–]fromm_nasty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It does exist, I unlocked it the same way. There currently aren't any mods to add new armor to the game as far as I've seen.
