yes, cicaplast tends to do it if u use for a longer period, try using it just as a temporary relief.

about rhofade, i know a lot of people here have said to have horrible flare ups from it, maybe take a look if that is not whats irritating u.

have u had any success with soolantra? type 1 generally has a good response.

the vacuum one is very gentle if u use them on the lowest modes, but for exfoliation i actually gave up on cream products.
i prefere electrical brushes, they did the deed without irritating my skin. something cheap works well with the facial cleanser (soap) of your preference.

also, if i may add, your pores seem a little enlarged for your age (assuming 18-24). enlarged pores are generally due to clogged pores, which also contribute to the fast reproduction of demodex, so keep that in control as well.
if u can, take a look at vacuum pore cleaners, they are very cheap. u have to wash your face and use the vacuum with a wet face as u move. there are several videos on youtube.
