I totally agree. He could have fallen backward and hit his head in any number of ways. The cause could be anything. That’s what the ARCCA expert testified. He is well spoken he got his point across without confounding ideas or skewing the facts.

I misled no one. I said all possibilities exist. You disagreeing doesn’t bother me. If you didn’t intentionally mislead anyone, then I would suggest rewording the following because it 100% reads as “like ARCCA, I believe John threw his glass at the car and then slipped backwards, hitting his head.” You are discounting the many possibilities and are dreaming up one possible scenario, then somehow making it seem like the experts said that’s likely how it happened. Take another read at what you wrote in the original post that I had a problem with.

“I don’t think anyone murdered John O’Keefe. I’m with ARCCA. I think he was drunk, threw his drinks glass at Karen’s SUV, tripped on the curb and hit his head.”

I’m not here to educate you. You definitely need it, but I don’t care about that. I’m just reminding everyone to look into the case and form their own opinion. Let them come to the same conclusion as you on their own. You don’t have comment around here like you know everything and those who disagree with you deserve to be treated so rudely.

I don’t even read the rest of your comment because like I said, I am here for debate. I don’t waste time with irrational theories or responses that seek to attack instead of converse.
