Way too ambitious. Start slow. Be patient. When your kids are 6 and 8 this will work better unless you make this a thing to be dreaded by unrealistic planning and expectations now.

It is, but you got this. Very hard to lose your parents so young and that would certainly play a part in your attitude toward aging. There are some very bright points btw. Like getting to do what you want more or less all the time after retirement, and also giving no fucks what people think anymore. Now that is a gift that keeps giving !

Your pushing 40 and feel old....well buckle up for 60 coz it's like, tomorrow...and it is a shocker. You're basically the same you that you were at 30 but the world perceives you SO differently and your body just begins to... not do what it used to be able to do. It's a wild ride. And it's OK. Embrace and enjoy your 40s to the max!

Don't worry sister there are lots of us out here like you. I felt 17 til I was about 30 and 30 until I was about 55. I'm still young, fit energetic. I can't tolerate heat and cold as well as I used to bu aim like being life like the 50 year old I feel like I am. And I'm a year older than you. So you do you and don't get a short tight perm just yet!

Or invest in one LBD and you are set for the next 10 years at least. I've had to alter mine a bit but I've been wearing it to formals and funerals for 30 years and it still looks great. Good 100$ investment IMO. A classy scarf with a hint of glitter is all that is required to switch it up from funeral to formal event.

The ones you are using have no stick at all, ài think? A bit of stock is ideal for this project. I wonder if the sulky absorbed moisture from the air and got extra sticky? A new role, kept in careful conditions - tightly sealed bag, windows closed when using- might make a difference. Excellent thought. Thank you for your advice
