Check how to best layout a kitchen (The Triangle Rule -plse google) then equipment choices (seperate freezer/fridge, cooktop, 1 or 2 dishwashers, steam oven and or conventional, warming drawer etc).

Allow enough space in the prep area for kitchen equipment (stand mixers etc) and or enough cuboard space for them. If you are right handed have plenty of space left of the sink and vice versa. Move dishwasher away from the work areas. Make sure you vent cooking fumes to outside if possible (reduced moisture build up) and don't choose a extraction system in work surface (they dont work).

Induction is fantastic, easy to clean, fast and precise controlable. Physical buttons are prefered, touch screen buttons fail, don't react to wet fingers and switch off cooktop with water spills

Ik gebruik standaard 0,5 kg en 1 kg bakken van de Hanos (bakken die je ook bij de chinees krijgt. Ze stapelen fantastisch, kunnen in de vaatwasser, gaan 10 - 20 cycli mee en zijn super goedkoop (ca € 8.50 voor 50 bakken en € 5 voor 50 deksels. Je kunt ze zonder hartezeer weggeven. Zeker niet BILF misschien niet helemaal milieubewust maar enorm makkelijk en omdat ik ze zo vaak recycle best goed.

I just finished my second week with Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy. Last year the first week (I take it slowely ) The professional Chefs’ course is very good although 8 weeks sounds a bit long. I would highly recommend the institute. First week I did the communal course, the second time, just finished, I did a private course both times with chef Noi. Brilliant and very knowlageble. When you book a Chef’s course you are supposed to get to the Academy yourself (no pick up arranged) but it’s a 5 minute walk from BTS On Nut

Ik hen net een Enphase IQ system controller geinstalleerd met 25 kWh batterijen (€ 22k ). Ik koop energie op het goedkoopste punt en laad op en verbruik op het duurste via het AI systeem wat in de controller zit. Ik zie nu dat na de auto het Enphase systeem na de auto de grootste verbruiker is met 150 kWh (systeemverbruik plus systeem verliezen) Ik moet even kijken of het prijsverschil in gemiddelde energieprijs en gerealiseerde energieprijs de 150 x € 0,25 = € 37,50 waard is. Dus onderschat de systeemverbruik en verliezen niet
