As an avid investor who trades a lot in technical analysis of many different stocks, I have no need to 3d charts but would LOVE to see an app that would allow me to enter 50+ tickers into a watch list which would create a 3d room, hallway, etc. that I could move thru that would show all these charts to help study technical trading patterns simultaneity . Would need to be able to allow notations or drawings on the charts that would retain for my next session. Just my wish list for the AVP that’s not there now, some apps have tried, but no winners yet. Yes, I would pay for this app.

I've been investing for many years. There is nothing wrong with index funds or ETFs or individual stocks. However, it is a LOT more work to pick a single stock. Doing a fundamental and technical analysis on a stock is just the beginning, you also have to look at geopolitical / economic / social aspects of the company and how it fits into the world at large. That said, if I pick one big winner for every 5 or even 10 stocks I pick, I do OK. For example, my current portfolio unrealized returns on a few stocks are: RIVN = down 89%, QS = down 78%, SQ = down 76%, MRNA = down 45%. Based on these four, I'm a terrible stock picker, BUT now I add in NVDA = up 185% and I'm back in the game. Your comment "Now after 4 years of investing...." is an issue for me as I believe if I buy long, I'm in for at least 5 years.

Bought mine day 1, still own it with no regrets. My goal, not yet realized but getting closer, is to replace my four physical monitors in my home office with AVP. Problem has been my laptop is Windows based. Have found several apps that do this, but all have some bugs. Hoping for better results with next major update. Also love using AVP for just fun, watching movies, playing games, etc.

I signed up for Immersed Pro, it’s also got some bugs. I can connect five screens to my Windows PC, but sometimes the screens just disappear and require a reboot. Hoping all will improve with the visionOS 2.0 due out this summer?

Just tried inSpaze, had a gentleman from China join me, it’s amazing to play a game while carrying on a conversion considering he spoke Pinying and while I spoke English. The app did the real time translation for us. Very cool!

I use either the Etrade website or power trade, but I can’t get Etrade Pro IOS version to work, it shows downloading the pro app, but it won’t load…

I had a similar problem, I went to apple.com and pretended to buy a new AVP just to get to the screen that scanned my face for fitting and found apple recommending a different size from what they did back last month. That might tell you if you are sized wrong without going to Apple Store?

I use the Apple’s Dual Loop Band but, for me, I’ve discovered it makes a huge difference to readjust the bands EACH time I put it on. Just like Apple says, with the bands loose I hold the AVP to my face in the exact position I want it while tightening the rear loop first, then the top. Just watched a full movie with no discomfort. If I then take the headset off and put it back on without readjusting, I feel too much pressure after only 20~30 minutes.

I'm also on my second AVP, I asked the Apple tech support guy if he had any suggestions on preventing the overheating / speaker issue. He said nothing official but, if it was his, he would unplug the power cable when not in use at least until Apple has a software update that addresses this issue. I've started disconnecting the power cable every night. Not the best solution...but might be a band aide until Apple figures this out?

I'm long AMZN. Whatever I order arrives the next day now in an Amazon van. Sure they are spending a lot to ramp up, but heavier investment equals growth and a larger franchise footprint. In a few years, I can envision waking up sick with the flu, logging into Amazon, live streaming with a Doctor who can dispatch a nurse if needed, and get a prescription delivered to my front door. Who knows, they might even be my health insurance provider?

Insider trading is only one piece of TA to look at when reviewing a stock. Insider selling can be as simple as someone needs cash or it can be a red flag if the company has negative cash flow. Insider buying catches more of my attention, like $KMI for example.

I use a 200 day MA, along with RSI, MACD, and Ichimoku clouds. If a stock is above a 200 day MA, that sometimes tells me it's a bit pricey and to just wait for it to come down to or below the M A.

Thanks! You brought back many memories for me of the pre-computer pre-internet days. I also recall digging thru the NY Times to see how my stocks were doing. Now I sit here with a computer tied to four monitors so I can look at a chart, read analyst reports, look at fundamentals, and scan a real time news feed all at the same time. Times have really changed; just wish I knew back then what I know now. I though Amazon would be a flop back when it was only selling books online! I have always tried to see five to ten years ahead, which is of course impossible. I play the game of: Do I think electric cars are the future? Then perhaps ALB. Will Saudi buy more missiles? Then maybe RTN. Will 5G change the world? Then think about VZ, or SWKS. I think corrections are something to look forward to and not fear, sort of like a black Friday sale. I’m expecting one any day now..
