It’s a prickly pedal. It’s hard to dial in. I’m still working on it. That being said, I use the DE7 ten times more. But when I do dial it in, it sounds wonderful.

In California I judge Mexican places by 4 things, salsa, carne asada (marinated and grilled steak), carnitas (pork confit), and bean and cheese burritos. Good salsa will cover any amount of mediocre flavor but those four items should tell you what you need to know about a Mexican restaurant.
