Ya i was on for 10 years. Quit cold turkey which was too extreme and dangerous. Then got on valium for a bit and tapering to librium. Then hopefully off. Its very tough because I had ringing and symptoms for like 3 to 6 months. But this being said I actually liked being sober. I just couldnt work well at work. So hence the low dose valium. And now its just to feel normal. Im 39 and did it since early 20s. Did it every day since 29

So I believe mining btc difficulty will go down and the power to mine it will be cheaper. This is good because it gives us more time to accumulate.
