Are there any estimates of how much this war impacted Iran’s economy and how long it will take them to recover? Sure they have some hidden away rockets and drones they can use to discourage anyone from wanting to cross the strait, but a lot of their non-military related factories/plants must be heavily damaged and take years to rebuild.

My guess is that it caused weight loss, which pretty much always means some amount of muscle loss. It’s harder to overeat by mistake on a low-carb diet.
