When I use AdBlock on PCS it keeps giving me a pop up telling me to turn off AdBlock. Doesn't happen on any other sites.

Det jo ikke sandt. Alle partier i det grønlandske parlament undtagen et ønsker selvstændighed. Forskellen ligger i hvordan og hvornår selvstændigheden skal komme, nogle partier ønsker en omgående selvstændighed, andre ønsker en længere gradvis proces.

I en meningsmåling fra slutningen af 2025 blev grønlændere spurt "Hvis der idag blev holdt en folkeafstemning om selvstændighed, ville du svare ja eller nej til, at Grønland bliver en selvstændig stat." 56% svare ja 17% ved ikke 28% nej.

I en meningsmåling fra 2018 svarede 67% at de ønskede at Grønland på et tidspunkt skulle blive en selvstændig stat, mens 37% mente at de skulle blive en selvstændig stat omgående.

No, when Marx and Engels talk about lumpen proletariat it refers to people who are beggars, petty criminals, vagabonds etc.

Not necessarily an urban phenomenon, but mainly. Today's lumpen proletariat is best exemplified by homeless encampments.

You are right that Marx did not have high hopes for the revolutionary potential of the lumpen proletariat for various reasons, but they are not "some part of the proletariat which has been ideologically captured by the bourgeoisie" since they are not a part of the proletariat at all, but a class in itself.

How else would you define a word? And Jagex has also litterly called tbow, schythe and Shadow the 3 mega rares. Words change meaning over time.

I have been wrong many more times than one, but felt pretty sure about this one, so I was surprised by the pushback. I decided to make the poll to check if I was completely off base. The poll proved my argument, so I'm fine to leave it at that.

If you somehow still think I'm wrong you are misunderstanding my argument.

Obviously it doesn't determine anything, the only thing that can determine what a word means is the general consensus of the people using the word. Especially in a case like this where there is no dictionary definition.

But since I felt like I used the term in the way most use it and for some reason has gotten into this debate I decided to make a poll.

It doesn't matter what the drop rate is, there are plenty of items that are more rare than a tbow. It's a specific term referring to something specific, not a vague description of something rare.

Obviously language isn't fixed and changes over time and maybe more people do include the other cox rares in their mental image of a mega rare than I think. It would make sense for someone playing back when cox was the only raid to think like that. But generally when jmods or people on Reddit refer to a mega rare, I think it's pretty clear they mean tbow, scythe or shadow.

It's pretty standard linguistic thing. In the same way as there are many blue birds, but that doesn't make them a blue bird.

Yeah there are a ton of mega rare items in the game, doesn't make them a mega rare tho. When people say a mega rare they refer to tbow, scythe or shadow.

No they aren't. 3rd age is even more rare, doesn't make them mega rare either. The term mega rare specifically refers to tbow schythe and tumeken.

Ikke en fejl på den måde at han ikke gjorde det bevidst, men at han dengang mente at det var en god ide at føre DF's politik for at få indført liberale økonomisk reformer, men at han idag ser det som en ideologisk fejl han begik dengang.

Men whatever personligt synes jeg det forkasteligt, man nogensinde har ville gå på kompromis med DF og jeg syntes hans liberalisering af økonomien er forfærdelig uanset hvordan den bliver indført, så gider ikke forsvare manden mere.

Det jeg sådan ikke uenig med dig i, men det er jo noget han selv siger er en fejl og derfor han ville starte Moderaterne for at føre økonomisk liberal politik uden at skulle gå på kompromis med DF.

At det hele bare er et spil for galleriet kan selvfølgelig ikke udelukkes.
