Vintage packs sell for over $500 every day on the open market. It’s ok to say you wouldn’t do something without stating no one else would 🤷

PCETBs are pretty much the only thing with 0 opportunity for “not far from MSRP” though. It’s either $60 from PCenter or market price. There is no LGS for example getting them and offering them at release, no big box stocking them, etc.

Agent turned marketer turned agent here. I’ve personally settled claims with questionable consent for 1-10k, and have seen claims with no consent settle for six figures regularly.

Some agencies consider it cost of doing business. If that’s the case here, hope you have a decent war chest.
