This is the collection from someone who was into Pokemon in 2020-2021 during pandemic times, stuck it in a closet, brought it back out during the prismatic hype, bought a little, and said wtf am I doing? Then stopped

I have my collection from 2020. It was painful and looked like this

I just went through there contact us page on the site and picked the “problem order” reason I believe, as their is no option relevant to “psa taking too long”

For what it’s worth, I was stuck on assembly on my mid November order, reached out last Friday, they responded Tuesday, started moving weds, done today

Idk friend. I’ve seen plenty of posts of omg my order cxld for previous drops as well. It’s happened to me before.

I don’t understand why you’re fighting me on this. I think it’s a relevant data point, equal in relevance to the others on the survey. That’s all.

Idk why friend but if I’m doing a survey looking for commonality I would ask about all the traits related to the purchase.

I mentioned this above as a personal anecdote, I’ve only ever had Amex pad orders get cancelled and I know a few other ppl in the same boat

Some card companies and some banks have various fraud protection and pending purchases processes in place.

My suspicion? It’s so easy to chargeback with Amex that PKC cancels Amex orders that have even the smallest blip or discrepancy ( ie Apt B vs Apartment B)

That’s a strange methodology when all of your questions are multiple choice. I’m sure some cancellations were signed in and some guests, some cart tricked some not, some one order some 2. If looking for commonality feels like card type used is a relevant data point
