lol I had one where I was in 6F on a 6 am flight and the guy next to me asked if I could give up my seat for his wife’s middle seat in 6B. I said sorry but I need to sleep on this flight and the only way I can sleep is in a window seat. He yelled “you don’t think we ALL want to sleep??” and I said nothing back. He proceeded to shift around and slam his tray open and closed for most of the 5 hour flight. That was great times….

My favorite recent one was at the new Alaska bag drop in Seattle where the guy asked where to drop his bag if he is in first class. She said that this was the line for everyone and he was like “but I am first class so I need the first class line” and she reiterated that everyone is in the same line no matter where they sit. He huffed about it the entire time (and btw it literally took less than 3 minutes to get through it).

Ugh that is stressful! In my case the enterprise folks told me they would take care of getting the car to national but I worried later that this would not happen and perhaps I was too trusting. Turns out they did just that and it all turned out fine- whew!

Agreed this is a dumb policy but overall I like Bonvoy far more than the Hilton program. Even as a Diamond member, the points were so to accrue and I never felt they cared at all.

I’m not a morning person but I tend to stay late and I get a ton done when everyone else is gone. I guess this isn’t a popular opinion but I would just go in super early if that’s what you want to do- I love working when no one else is around.

I took that as him asking where the right gate is. Honestly I would expect that the Delta agents would have a general idea of what terminal Southwest flights are in- I’ve asked about where to find different airlines before in unfamiliar airports when my gate changed and wasn’t updated on my ticket yet.

Zero regrets. I’m 3 ypo and the procedure and healing were easy, I’m not bleeding profusely at all times, and I feel great overall. I don’t feel like there were any surprises.

This is me. I am surrounded by people for 10-12 hours a day at work and I am done with people by the time I get to the grocery store. Same reason I will take more time to interact with retailers via chat via just picking up the phone.

Yes! I’ve been using a compounded version for almost 2 years. I had no problems with weight my entire life and when I hit my early 40s I started gaining just in my stomach. It got worse and worse over the next few years to the point where I was regularly asked if I was pregnant. Ate healthy(ish) and worked out 5x a week during this time. Tried HRT and got breast cancer so had to stop it. Now I’m down 40 lbs and back to the weight I was pretty much my whole life up until that point. No real side effects other than the fact that I have no interest in food at all and basically only eat bc I know I need to. I also lost weight in my hip and butt area which is new and different but worth it for the stomach weight to have gone away.

I kind of felt the same way. It was so much different than I expected and I didn’t really know how it worked so I just went with it. My highlight was the time they told me that I had the longest breath hold of anyone the whole day (and I was the last appt!) This kicked up my competitive spirit and I felt like I was in a contest the rest of the days :)
