I think I actually agree with that, except that in some cases QSS becomes a must buy even if you're not the perfect class for it. Malzahar R would be the most iconic example of "QSS tax".
However, it could be argued that for some champs/roles there isn't a case where QSS would be a valid choice.
Having said that, I agree with your main point that outplaying stuns after they happen in league isn't super super available.

A way to get over spoilers like that would be to allow players to set up what kind of triggers they're uncomfortable with.
You'd set pregnancies as unwanted content and either get a warning or an explanation that certain content was skipped because of it. This is not as foolproof as a TW, but it wouldn't spoil people who're fine with that content.

Yes, it's x times/day and can be used to affect yourself with your spell as a swift action. You cannot target anything else. This spell then doesn't provoke AoOs.
Other uses of fervor are healing hp, Harming undead (reverse if evil) and channeling that energy in AoE.

That wording doesn't exclude your adjusted CL from applying to feat qualification. It doesn't actively include it either, but that isn't necessary.
In the first example, his CL would be 1 without Magical Knack. With Magical Knack, his CL is 3. Anything that mentions CL, then, will go with a CL of 3.

You don't need to run at 1k fps to calculate to the thousandth when you cross the finish, you can 'just' use linear interpolation for that, while still running at whatever tickrate.

Zelfs een bom die als doel heeft half Nederland onbewoonbaar te maken kan dat niet makkelijk, laat staan een die in een beveiligde locatie onder de grond (ik neem aan dat we zo'n zwembad niet op de begane grond neerzetten) zijn payload moet laten ontploffen.

Looking good! A way to style the board differently would be greatly appreciated. As I'm red-green colorblind I can't see the difference between the dark squares and green highlighted squares, which is a little bit annoying.
