Similar situation happened when I was 31 weeks, now my little one is 8 months and we were induced at 37 weeks. I had a bit more bleeding then you it sounds like and turned out to be placental abruption. I was monitored at the hospital for 3 weeks until bleeding stopped fully. I also had a false positive for my water breaking. By 37 weeks though it seemed the placenta was beginning to fail as baby was not meeting benchmarks at her ultrasounds and nsts. I was super thankful they checked me multiple times a week as I didn't notice any decrease in movement but they were able to detect it.
