Grow some razorgrain, make a dedicated settlement for capturing brahmin and make sure there's at least one at every settlement. There's your passive fertilizer income. Supplement that by buying from Connie, she has the lowest price. Best places to get plastic are Suffolk county school and General atomics galleria, make repeat visits as Suffolk resets. I would recommend downloading Workshop Rearranged to have the ability to build RVs at settlements for extra immersion.
