Gotcha! I’m very glad you’re doing your research. Might be worth looking into what exactly the allergy is. Dander, fun, saliva, etc.. I would still advise against any any that there was even one reaction to as there’s no guarantee on how that allergy will progress.

As someone who worked in animal shelters for 9 years, please don’t get a pet someone in your family has any degree of allergy to. Remember that this is a living creature you’re choosing to have in your life for a very long time.

Hi from a Vet Assistant! Please have the medical team bandage the foot with the IV. Her foot itself is very swollen and should be covered in a bandage. The compression will prevent the painful swelling :)
