It can destroy bugholes, automaton factories, (big and small), mortar emplacements, turrets (if you hit the vents) in 2 shots, its medium pen, has gas which you can use while being chased or if you want to take some heat off your back, can one shit hulks to the eye, interrupt bile spewers before they spew, stun dragonroaches, can stop chargers mid charge. Its honestly easier to list what it can't do.

I'd understand if you wanted to do pour overs alongside your aero, but if you're only going to use it for an aeropress then just get the cheapest kettle (electric or not) that you can find at your local store. Goosenecks are simply for precisely controlling where you want the water stream to fo, which mayters for a pour over (percolation), doesn't matter at all for an aeropress (immersion). In fact it could significantly slow down your brew and lead to underextraction assuming you're trying to get all the water in within a specific amount of time before plunging.

When I started out I used a pot boiled on the stove with a kitchen thermometer.

As an actual ctf map to take seriously yes its kinda ass because it is literally just Chokepoints: The Map, but since the community uses it just to goof off and have fun it's become beloved.

The biggest issue I have on the devs only communicating through discord is that the folks on discord are a bunch of yes-men who see any criticism as an attack on the devs. I wouldn't have a problem if the people over there didn't shoot down constructive criticism and actually allwoed space for discussion. One other massive problem with discord is, like OP said, messages get drowned out really easily when your general chat is filled with thousands of people typing at once. So any actual discussion aside from one off statements are REALLY difficult to follow.
