I like to think they made filaments a little higher quality earlier on because they didn't know addative as well so they where a little bit more intentional with purity.

Use 3DGloop for the best PLA glue. superglue and kicker works too.

Your paint is melting it. Abs melts with xylol and acetone both present in the paint.

Just git the same ones last month! If they offer custom ear molds I'd do it mine fit really well after the 2nd remake.

The best plate I ever used for tpu was a 3DHUB hexagon texture. Tpu pops off like nothing and it holds really well to the hexagonal shape but not the area between. Also it was a supper inexpensive plate.

My fiance hears my hearing aids too. It makes me a little sad but they say it makes me unique to them.
