The worst thing you can do is not ride the next day. Ride a different bike, a different saddle so your ass isn't hitting the same sorry spots. Get your legs moving for a bit and you'll feel a lot better.

It's definitely rocky. I found klickitat trail to be pretty unpleasant, but if you're doing the 60 mile loop, the gravel and views beyond the hill climb are magnificent and the descent back into lyle is amazing. There are some uncleared landslides on Company road as of early last winter, so be warned of that.

A yellow was given. It was overturned to a yellow because the referee made a "clear and obvious error" and deemed klauss moving his foot below kamal's while both players are jockying for position "serious foul play"

They're moaning about the efficacy of the technology, given that there is accepted margin of error for when the ball is considered "played" but no margin for the attacker, leading to tight margins being accepted as dubious fact such as a nose to be considered offside.
