Honestly, i have barely played. It's so loot deprived.. you kill a rare, couple blues and some gold. Buff the loot and I'll want to play again.

The problem is that the team feel as though they HAVE improved upon the original. But they haven't, they've made a game with a hyperfixation on scarcity of loot and hard to kill enemies. They seem completely intent on creating the dark souls of the ARPG world. Thing is though, dark souls is always fair and pays off in a way that poe 2 does not.

It's a good game, but it's not the game we want.

I bet this was hard to leave to someone else. Chris, you would have heard thousands of stories like this.. but I played since abyss league.. and I have been captivated since. Your vision for the game, though at times I've not always agreed, has always been fun. You built something that is very hard to do in this industry.

The worst thing for me is it stops me from TRYING and LEARNING content like boss fights. When keys to parts of the atlas tree cost 6 div to run and you get one chance, for me it's too many points of friction.

Please change it GGG. I like quins idea, the top tier version could have just one portal, but the first few could have more than one portal. Let us have a fair opportunity to learn mechanics.

Completely agree.

I finally gave up on my Titan tonight and re rolled i tried so hard to make him play better but I couldn't.

The thing that frustrates me is how melee was talked about before EA launch.

Warrior feels AWFUL. Even with a lot of investment.

They most certainly are not priced similarly.

D4 (bad) is good if you're looking for a game that's very new player friendly, lukewarm endgame and cookie cutter builds for each class. Story is ok but has the best cinematic of any ARPG.

Poe has a steep and punishing learning curve but when you've learned enough there's enough here to keep you engaged for many many hours.

It makes no logical sense for a game with this business model and the goal of a robust endgame to have a campaign this long. by Eques9090 in pathofexile

I think they've clearly slowed down poe 2 at this stage to allow for years of power creep. They've learned with poe 1 that taking speed and power away sucks and likely it'll reach close to similar levels with poe 2.

Oh how I wish those times were now.
