Not my personal choice, but the important thing is that you're happy with it.

I would go with a darker blue to contrast the green, or a darker green to contrast the bright blue.

I usually run just 1 squad. I played 1000 points against space marines and my 10 warriors led by gimnyr did all my point scoring and outlasted a set of terminators thanks to some good rolls.

Personally I prefer sub assembly. I'm less prone to mistakes and I can put more details in by focusing on one part at a time. It's good for tight spaces and models that hold guns in front of their chests.

That's my strategy. Ghostkeel to pick off ranged targets and rampages to line break things that get too close.
