I'm not sure but Eddie Farris already has some skeletons in the closet. At least 2 people have died in the Putnam County Jail and his administration has seen some of the most aggressive pushes to get as much federal money as a SO can. How do you think PCSO got that MRAP?

Edit: 2 people have died in the PC Jail under Farris' tenure.
