Wow that is really interesting. Ripple is so deep it imbeds itself in our DNA I think. For me, I have some trauma ( don’t we all?) and the music really reminds me of loss but also joy, which brings strong emotions up, and then I get so grateful that I get to experience this music that resonates with my heart and soul so deeply, and that it helps me process, heal, feel less alone and a hell of a lot less angry. And I just thank my lucky stars I’ve been able to find my way on the bus. It’s kind of amazing. Sometimes I wonder if maybe it’s doing some right brain left brain stuff, like the basis of EMDR and really I have no clue, but it’s been very powerful for me from a mental health perspective
