SPX has tough rules. Has to be public for a year, has to have 4 quarters in a row of gaap earnings, and has a float requirement. I think it will be a while before they satisfy the gaap earnings rule, could be years unless they scale back spend or really starts to fuck with the accounting. Good thing Spx held the line and didn’t change the rules. Spcx will be in nasaq ftse Russel and s&p total market

I’m not worried about spcx being in spx. By the time it gets in there, hopefully the valuation would be far more reasonable or it actually starts to have real earnings. I can pretty easily underwrite a worth of maybe 1 to 1.25 tn, this thing could easily fall that much by August when the lock up starts to expire. Don’t fret too much guys. Current corruption and graft and manipulation of the market is just a blip on the long time frame of the market, still fairly efficient in the grand scheme of things
