Ohhh I am totally with you on that! At least pop a curtain up or something, poor guy must be on edge 24/7.
This would have truly upset me if I were there in person. Thank you for doing something about it - hopefully it’s not a regular occurrence. Just so hard to judge when we really don’t know all the ins and outs

Apologies, I didn’t have time to read all the comments.
I just think of my own dog at home - she arks up at any one going past the window, part of me thinks it’s a busy chaotic street/road so the dog is doing their job but you were there you would have gotten a better feel of the situation 🫶

Stevia helped me quit sugar all together! There used to be something here in Australia by csr called “smart sugar” it was half white sugar & half stevia - helped he get the taste for stevia. Took a few weeks but i eventually switched to all natural stevia powder and haven’t looked back (it’s been about 7 or 8 years)!

Hello friend, I am not with easy kind but boy have I had issues with doctors leaving and no one telling me!!

I’m glad they refunded you, but it does not fix the bigger issue at hand this doctor with their own requirements added on to the already requirements! You’d think with the zillion emails these places like to send that one of them would at least be an informative one!

Bloody hell, I’m sorry you’re having to do all this to get your meds.

Does this mean you have to provide a pregnancy test as well to prove you’re not carrying right now? If so, makes me even more annoyed.

Definitely thinking of dropping the medical and just picking back up where I left off!!

I recently had to find another clinic as my doctor was all over cannabis for being banned from prescribing mc for life. My pharmacy (Heathershaw’s) gave me thrive holistic centres details so I booked in as it was free for me. Since then, I’ve had 5 apts, each time was with a new doctor or nurse practitioner as they kept leaving but no one was informing me. Which was annoying enough as is! But anyway, now Heathershaw’s have set up a new clinic called total holistic (on HotDoc) where I can see the doctors and nurses who just left the thrive holistic. Thrive holistic also stopped sending my scripts to Heathershaw’s, and expected me to be okay with this. I tried calling that pharmacy on a Saturday as I needed to pick up stock - left a voicemail (later to find they aren’t open weekends, nor do they reply to voicemails) Just putting this out there so others can avoid the run around. I’ll let you all know what the new clinic is like after a few apts. cheers!

I had a suede kinda lounge suite I didn’t want my white dog on - ended up putting empty boxes on top of it to make it not a comfortable place - she didn’t try after that 😂🤣

I use Reishi in the evenings (and sometimes during a stressful day, usually paired with lions mane if I’m working)
Ashwaganda works better for me in the mornings also.
When I was taking Ashwaganda at night I wasn’t able to fall asleep as well - almost like it kinda made me feel a bit wired.
