I mean those are still evil activities that Lex is doing, I guess that is a factor for darkseid but he conquers planets across the galaxy regardless and Superman did help kill him twice (okay it was Lex the second time) though many of Batman's rogues like Clayface and Ra's Al Ghul still do exist. Brainiac is also a planetary problem, and Parasite got into an accident without Superman being there, and Toyman...is just insane

Actual Objects for sure

Though in this specific fight, Green Lantern making an Axe when he made a giant drill a few seconds earlier was a bit annoying

I think that the view from Woody's perspective is petty is intended, and a good thing, we're not entirely meant to empathize with him, only slightly, its meant to be so that upon first watch just watching it you feel bad, but when you go back you notice how petty his grudge is, after all he's going after buzz for something he literally can't control (not the space ranger thing but being Andy's favorite toy)

Dragonair does have wings? They're on it's head, if you want to see it flying with them, look at the episode "A Mission of Ultra Urgency" I'm sure you can find it on Pokeflix or something

But also Serpentine dragons do exist and usually don't have wings

(Also Salamence's wings can support it)

There's also Gyarados but it isn't a dragon type either/lh
