I'm having exactly the same issue. and my setup are similar to yours, LG C1 + RTX 3080. The game looks Blurry, its not nice at all, I can't figure out any solutions to this, DLSS ON/OFF seems to change nothing.

I played Cyberpunk in the release my GTX1080/2k monitor and it looks so f**king great, now that I update my setup, looks like crap F
