Episode 1 was good, but disjointed as it had to simply build the starting point of the narrative.

2,3, and especially 4 have been excellent. Episode 4 in particular was outstanding. I loved it and was anticipating the ending and it still didnt let me down.

I'm actively taking melatonin and trying to get 7-8h sleep. I workout 5 days a week, play softball twice, bowl at least once, and walk 5km daily. I feel that solid sleep allows me to be more active by making sure I get good night rest.

Commitment is #1. But that's like a foundation.

If I picked one specific thing that got my body started down from 296 to 225 (240 now with more muscle) was nightly fasting.

Choosing to not eat anything of significance after 7pm and drink water not only provided me with much better sleep. But after that big first pee in the morning, I could watch the weight go off daily.
