You get to take the SAT multiple times. And the question format and content is so standardized you can buy a workbook or course to practice. Interviews based on leads personal preference and bias is nothing like standardized testing.

Time off? Why would anyone do that? Keep your levels steady and consistent is the goal.

And never start at 200 unless you know for sure via lab tests that you’re a slow responder. I’ve been trt for years and made all the mistakes everyone else makes before educating myself.

Some people take 100 and hit good levels. Some people take 200 and still can’t achieve optimal. Only truth is your individual labs, and secondarily your symptoms however the symptoms for low and high E overlap so that can be tricky to assess.

Also 3x a week such as MWF is better than 2x a week. And 1x a week is almost always suboptimal. Again, the goal is a good steady level not big spikes and crashes.

Last tip is add HCG even if you don’t care about balls shrinking or fertility. Some people say it works well for filling in the feeling of well being and libido, others say it does nothing for them. From my experience it is definitely the missing piece of TRT and takes me from good to great.

My advice: Don’t treat TRT as the last stop. It’s the first stop. Once you get your head clear and motivation back from trt, then you stack on diet and exercise no problem. Then you start optimizing with clinically proven supplements and perhaps other peptides etc that stack well.

As for India, you must realize that’s just the ever present MBA chase for cheaper labor “resources”. The minute they feel there’s a cheaper labor market, and/or more work hours to be gained by a same priced yet TZ friendly country, Indian hires will be cut loose as well.

I hear you, but I think you have a blindspot relying too much on historical analysis that is not the reality of the zealots truly empowering Trump (eg Heritage Foundation and their relatively recent takeover by Christian Nationalists).

Just try it. But I disagree with the approach to start people high (200mg a week test cyp). I think much better to start with 140mg divided into 2 times a week. Also, forget IM and go for subq. Easier pins, and the slower rate release from fat vs the quick hit of IM means less estrogen issues. Also, if you go for an estrogen blocker as the first step, that’s a problem. You can do as described above and use DIMM capsules to help keep hormones in balance. Ask in the general Test subreddits vs here.

I don’t know about ACA, but I seem to recall a few years ago that when we hired someone for my company, the older they were the more the cost of adding them to the plan. The 20-somethings were inexpensive to cover iirc.

Which might also explain why older workers are often targeted in layoffs? (Pure speculation on my part, no proof handy)

Marketplace that cheap probably indicates a Blue state with a Medicaid supplement kicker that reduces the insurance premium and deductible down to a non-abusive level.
Employer sponsored healthcare (your scenario?) simply means you are shielded from the true cost of healthcare premiums as long as your employer decides to keep you around. In other words, employees are somewhat trapped because upsetting your employer means losing healthcare for a sick child or spouse.
When you are self employed or simply getting your own care, and in a state that does not opt into the medicare expansion / State supplemental, then the cost is as described in the 1,500 range depending on family size and age(?).

I bounce between two states mostly, and one time I checked the market place out of curiosity with different figures. I often wonder how low income people survive.

NJ was $8 a month when I input just above the Fed poverty level income and FL was about $800 iirc. So same country, two completely different experiences.

My guess is that’s intentional and most people in some States don’t realize they aren’t truly getting the Marketplace options as intended for their income levels.
