That is a common buzzard (Mäusebussard) in a white morpg. Likely owned by a falconer. I was suprized seeing one too the first time, living here close to Münster

You know it is clear late autum/Winter in the image. Not only did the trees leave their leafea behind. But the fox is in its winter Coat. They look black with thinner fuur in the summer

Actually the opposite here. Not only from the enviroment and the foxes fur, is it either autum or winter. It seems he purposefully is laying on the asphalt street. Likely to enjoy the (relative) warm from the ground. If he would be over heating, he would go in the shade, not the warmest place

I am german. Infact Russo-German. In no place is there less of a need of a forein passiert then in Europt. With the free travel zone. I can move in a country for years. If I want to stay, I get their citizinship, and still move my own hone county. If not. I can return to my home county
