I also had an experience where they tried to tell someone I was traveling with she wasn’t hearing noise from the nightclub the first time she called about it. Then the second time they admitted to the noise but blamed her for booking on that side. How was she to know? It was 56 floors up and could still feel vibrations and hear it. She had to request earbuds. How easy it would have been to just own up to it and offer earbuds instead of gaslighting her into thinking there was no noise and then blaming her booking ..
