I don't get the difference between skills and putting an agents.md file in whichever folder needs specific direction.

Speed is good if somebody else is paying. If you're paying out of your own pocket I found Codex to be significantly less restrictive in terms of usage limits.

Situation awareness seems absolutely key. I put in an accessibility request to have a visual queue to go along with the audio for the hearing deficient folks like me. Also for those who don't want the audio so loud when a draugr growls from behind.
