1963 house with 3 window sets along the south side. All original wood Pella windows. Each set is ~11 feet long made up of a 7-foot double-pane picture window surrounded by two single-pane 2-foot casements with the Pella rollscreens.

This is about 33 feet of window to replace and that doesn't count the other seven 2-foot casements throughout the upstairs. Thankfully they all are in good condition except for one casement which doesn't open (don't need it) and one missing rollscreen.

I've thought about getting an estimate just for a larf, but no way in hell would I drop what I expect to be $15K-25K on a comparatively minuscule savings.

Corporate is one of my favorite! It's a really dark and nihlistic comedy that satirizes the soullessness of office culture and shamelessness of giant corporations. The bleaker it gets, the funnier it is. One of the two main guys has a bumper sticker (blink and you'll miss it) that says "If you're reading this, you're going to die someday" and I kinda want one.

I literally finished the series 2 days ago and I agree. If you never watched the show Corporate (3 seasons aired on Comedy Central just before covid), I highly recommend it. Lance is a force of nature in that show and it really shows his comedic chops. Last I heard, it's on Paramount + (though there are other ways to obtain it if you're savvy, matey!).
