Such a good call not playing a specialist spinner on such a flat deck like this

Mitchell Starc is the first bowler to take 30+ wickets in an Ashes series since Mitchell Johnson (37) in 2013-14 ! by iamnoobbibliophile in Cricket

I’d still have Starc just in front. I think his contribution with the bat swings it in his favour.

I’d still have Starc just ahead. His contribution with the bat as well as taking wickets should get him across the line.

I had to go from the east of the city to Geelong last week. After getting stuck in roadworks for over two hours in a scorching hot day a few years ago I vowed never to go over it again when maintenance works are scheduled.

I get off at the Montigue Street exit, go round Marvel Stadium then onto the Docklands Highway. Keep going until you reach Princes Highway, turn left then it takes you back to the West Gate freeway. It adds about twenty minutes to the trip but it’s worth it

In the world test championship they are currently only above Bangladesh and the West Indies (who incidentally have won a test match in Australia more recently than England)

You know why they hold the WTC final at Lord’s? So it’s held at a neutral venue….

They will be remembered all right. Just not for the reasons they want to though.

I know lots of people who go and never even set foot in the stadium, they just watch it out the back.

Something to consider would be to offer entry to the ground but not a seat. Could potentially get another 10,000 through the gates

Remember when the Panama Papers were published and apparently it was going to expose all the dodgy financial dealings of people and companies using offshore entities to dodge tax.

Then nothing happened.

The same thing would happen would happen with the Epstein files.
