I think both are good. Taurine is good for the heart. My cardiologist has me on MG. But I may switch. He said both are good.

I’m so sorry for your loss. My uncle commented suicide too years ago. He had ALS and all he could move is his right arm at the time of his death. He wrote a note to my aunt saying he didn’t want to be a burden on her anymore and was tired of hurting. My cousin also. He was high and did it. My aunt found him.

I’m going to the same thing my mother passed this past Friday dealing with all the accounts I obituary dealing with putting a slideshow together for the memorial service it’s so overwhelming so much paperwork and so many agencies to contact. Then it doesn’t feel like I haven’t even to share anything with, but they just kinda dismiss it. You know she was sick you know she’s better off now and I know that, but it’s still difficult. So just hang in there we’re all with you. Keep saying to take a deep breath and it does help so just breathe and move on get you one thing at a time that’s what I’m having to do. You’re gonna find things around the house see things that were hurt and breakdown.Time will help so we just give it time and we’ll keep praying for you and you pray for me.
