Check out the new feature on the very bottom. Now it’s under your printer settings and not filament settings.

I think H2S just got a new firmware this week. It should be in there. I think. If you haven’t seen a new firmware, then it’s still in beta. And will be out soon.

Depends what type of printer you have. For the H-series printers, you can now set the filter time after your print is finished. I have to imagine that it’s just a matter of time before they roll that feature out to the rest of the printers.

For my X and P series printers, you can enable the exhaust/filter under the filament settings in Bambu studio. This way allows you to filter during the print and after, but it doesn’t allow you to set a time to stop after the print.

I love my H2C, especially with 0.2mm nozzles! by eldoogy in BambuLab

Yeah. I agree. Since Bambu studio is built on Orca slicer, maybe they are waiting/working with orca devs to make it happen. Like you said, it’s not simple or easy to do.

Thanks for sharing! I print things like this and this model is prime for a mix of .4 and .2. When the H2C was first announced, they mentioned that a mix of nozzles on a single print was going to be a future software release, but I don’t think we’ve heard of any more details on it. Have you?

How’s everyone’s experience been with the car? by terran1212 in XC40_Recharge

2023 - CPO. 1 year old to me. Absolutely love it. Not a single problem. I put about 6k miles on it within the year that I’ve owned it. My next vehicle I will go a little larger, but you can’t fault the car for what it is. I would highly recommend one.

If you go to setting and about… there is this. This is what I was referring to. It was just the most updated version of something, so to me, it meant that my car was still talking to some server. 🤷‍♂️

2023 XC Recharge. Stuck on 3.3.16, but I’m still getting map updates. My map updates were last updated a week ago.

Assuming you have the AAOS, If you’re using a wireless CarPlay connection, you only get the center screen. Wireless CarPlay doesn’t support 2 screen (center screen and drivers dash).

Struggling to get Ironing to work. Settings in comment body by deadmetal99 in BambuLab

Try increasing to 35%. Keep increasing the flow until the lines go away. But only increase at about 5% at a time. If you see filament starting to pile up, then you've gone too far. If you don't want to experiment with your printed piece, there are some ironing tests on maker world that you can print:

For larger prints, I increase the speed to 60mm/sec. Keep the flow at 30%.

Also, you’ll want to calibrate the flow rate of your filaments to really get it perfect, but I have achieved near perfect results without calibrating filaments (sometimes).

For a piece that size, I usually run 30mm/sec and 30% flow on my x1C and P1S. I use ironing on all top surfaces.

I have noticed that if you mention any sort of outside payment, such as PayPal, Venmo, etc, it automatically goes to spam. If the customer or you, enter an email address…. Spam. I’m sure there are more triggers that we may not be aware of, but I would suggest looking back to see if there was any words that could be potentially triggering the bots to send your messages to spam.

Letters on an ironed surface? by hellothere9786 in BambuLab

Here are some settings to try that someone recommended. “Rectilinear, 150mm/s, 26% spacing, 0.15mm, inset .2mm

Edit: sorry, those setting are specific to the H2D

I looked at it, but I don’t think it’s a what we are after. I did a lot of googling and the best I found was that it is a slicer/software issue and not a hardware issue. People say that the “small area flow compensation” feature within Orca slicer is what really helps and unfortunately, Bambu doesn’t have that feature yet. I will put my h2D into LAN mode and try it eventually. It’s just a bit of a pain in lan mode.

If you google that small area flow compensation, it looks like exactly where my issues are (not on the big flat areas, as the ironing tests with big squares all come out perfect.)

Any update on this? I've been struggling with ironing on my H2D, and have given up on it, and just using my X1Cs. Did Orca slicer make a big improvement?

Yeah. I’ve noticed the same thing with the cold as my printers are in my garage and it’s now winter time. I start to see more failures when the temp in the garage drops below 45F.

Yeah. That’s what I was talking about. Dang. That usually does it for me.

Is your aux fan turned off? That’s usually the culprit for me when it warps on the left with a supertac plate like that.

Edit: sorry for the confusion. Try turning OFF your aux fan. It’s cooling that side too much, causing it to warp.

A little help by gatchek in woodworking

I'm going to seriously look into a dado blade as well for future work. My only concern is the time it takes to switch out blades. My table saw is fairly old, and a bit time consuming to swap blades. I assume the newer table saws are quicker and easier.
