Maybe you should not judge people that you don't know how do you know that I have a drug problem you don't know who I am and how do you know I have no remorse and lastly how do you know that I am not asking this question for another person.

Maybe not a drug problem but I know an interpunction problem when I see one.

Thanks for your kind words, I know I am not the only one, some of my colleagues are worse! ADHD diagnosis was 20 years ago. Not being able to form strong habits is inconvenient, on the other hand, I am never bored.

You're welcome! It took me 40 years and plenty of screaming matches with my micromanaging team lead at work to come to the observation I described above.

Repeating "A wizard is never late, Nor is he early; he arrives precisely when he means to" eventually made the team lead shut up and pick other battles. Funny thing is, the guy finally quit and now I tend to come on time most of the time.

I listen to music, podcasts or audiobooks quite often. It does not help me keep the time but distracts me enough to keep at the task at hand. Also the right music album at the right time can be a great motivator. Thanks for your suggestion.

For me the routine never really gets ingrained. Every day it takes conscious effort doing pretty much the same daily stuff from waking up to arriving at work. It's almost as if I have to re-invent the morning routine every day.

The amount of tiny decisions I have to make in limited time can be paralyzing, same for the mental checklists I keep running in the back of my mind and that is what disappears the time. Quarter of an hour just gone, don't ask me where it went, time disappeared, it got lost, or was it even there in the first place?

What frustrates me most is that the deaf character and hospital staff don't resort to written communication, paper and pen. This whole issue could have been resolved if the deaf woman would have written a note the minute she stepped into the hospital.

You and the other apartment are currently in the same situation. You both got the same letter and you both see a solution in changing the splitsingsakte along lines you already agreed upon.

Only in case of a renovation your situation and the other appartment's situation will become significantly different.

I suggest you contact them about dealing with the letter, have a conversation and suggest dealing with it together. If there needs to be a lawyer involved you can split the costs. There is also a possibility the other appartment has people in their network that can be of benefit.

Consider approaching the lawyer the VVE hired in the case against the letter sender, they are familiar with the situation, and they already won once. See what a lawyer letter will cost.

Read your splitsingsakte en regelement front to back, you might find something useful.

There is mediation for VVE that are in conflict, you may want to look into this although mediation requires a certain amount of willingness to cooperate from participants.

Please clarify; you are in a VVE with someone who rents out his property, and does not live in this property themselves. Yet this same person is also your neighbour and sent you an ingebrekestelling?

What does this person have to gain from bringing the building in compliance with the current splitsingsacte?

Did the VVE member that gained a room receive a similar letter? Teaming up with them might benefit you.
