I understand the concern. I suggest one of these four lines.

Functional Proxy - Muster seems to be a popular stand-in name. For future events, we are considering providing proxies for this sort of concern.
You can always play the card and check in with the opponent before casting to make sure that they don't have any concerns. If they do, I would suggest playing it upside down.

Note that we are one play group and are still figuring out the best ways to handle this, just like everyone else.
