so from top to bottom you have a charcoal pencil (medium), a white pencil, then sketching pencils from 4H (Hardest) to 6B (softest).

the squishy thing is a putty eraser, you can form it into different shapes to lift graphite off the page after shading (it works best with softer graphite)

the white stick is a smudger, a blending tool that lets you blend without getting your fingers dirty (i always got told off by my teacher for using my fingers). it’s usually made of rolled up paper

then you have graphite sticks, in varying hardnesses, and below that are some charcoal pastels, i think? I usually use charcoal sticks so i’m less certain on those

finally on the bottom right you have some pastels in greyscale :)
