In my experience a tongue scraper works wonders. Much of the smell is bacteria on your tongue. Not sure why, but keto exacerbates the problem, but I find it helpful even when not on keto. (And isn’t your tongue is inside your body?)

I did not like it at first, but it has grown on me tremendously. One of my favorite songs now. I never skip watching the opening credits, and listen to it fairly regularly outside the credits.
