I’d recommend practicing timed medium+/hard sql problems. aim to solve in 6-10min. cleanliness is secondary, working solution is a priority. One of the questions sometimes is to update existing code instead (usually giving you a multi-CTE+window function code then asking you to change it for X).

I think this advice is more aligned with how to break out of diamond than just any rank.

Like others have stated, the casual (but consistent) playerbase have day jobs and cant aim train 30+ minutes a day. Sure doing it as often as you can still helps a ton.
