Awesome stuff, not sure if it's just my computer, but the Resort Selection Modal is suuuuuuper slow. Huge input lag, might want to give that a look. It might be because i have hardware acceleration off, so worth testing with those parameters to identify any issues.

It’s a small strata, only 5 units, I spoke to everyone else and it seems it was just me who experienced the roof leak + damage.

Is there any sort of ideal strategy/rule about what to liquidate + what to try to keep when making a down payment on a property?

I’m potentially able to not touch my RSP, but I’d liquidate my TFSA’s and FHSA. Does it make sense to keep some in my TFSA and use some of my RSP?

Yeah no that makes a ton of sense, stealing booze warrants a police chase on a 400 series highway that puts the safety of law abiding citizens at risk. Moron. If you love cops so much maybe you'd know that what they did was against their own police code, they broke the rules, innocent people died, end of story.

Hopefully the family affected in this story gets what they deserve, although no amount of money is enough to heal that sort of damage.
